Promotion board

Promotions that officers approve or deny.

Pending promotions sit on a board where officers review them. Your XP gets you in line, and a decision from the chain of command moves you up.

Why Quartel RP

Most army groups stop at a base. This one is a whole city.

The usual army groupQuartel RP
Map A simple base, little to explore A large city around a detailed barracks: houses, shops, an industrial zone
Ranks A short list, mostly cosmetic A strict 20-tier ladder, Recruta to Elite Real
Promotions Decided on a whim XP, then a decision from officers on the promotion board
Permissions Same for everyone Each rank unlocks what you can do
Discipline Anything goes Structure, respect and a chain of command

How a promotion works

Nothing is handed out. Everything is earned.

The path from Recruta to Elite Real, in the order it happens.

  1. Alistamento

Create your account and enlist as a Recruta. Your soldier profile starts with your rank above your name.

  2. Serve

Train in the barracks, patrol the city and take part in roleplay. Your XP bar fills as you serve.

  3. Request

When you have the XP for the next rank, you appear on the promotion board.

  4. Decision

Officers approve or deny. An approved promotion unlocks that rank's permissions.

  5. Command

Keep climbing the 20 tiers until you reach Elite Real.

Enlist. Rise through 20 ranks. Command the city.
